3. Our Role and No Agency Relationship
A+ Property Advisors is not a real-estate brokerage, law firm, lender, tax adviser, or representative of the property owner. 4. No Obligation and Initial Review
Submitting an inquiry or participating in an initial conversation does not require you to accept an option, sign an agreement, or take further action. A+ Property Advisors does not charge property owners a fee or commission for submitting the website inquiry, discussing the situation, or receiving an initial review of potential options.
An independent professional introduced through a referral may have separate services, agreements, or charges. You should review that professional’s terms directly.
5. Information You Provide
You agree that information submitted through the website will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide it. If you provide information about another person, co-owner, tenant, heir, representative, or property, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis to do so.
You should not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account credentials, government identification numbers, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the website form.
6. Communications and Consent
When you provide contact information and request follow-up, we may respond by telephone, text, or email as described in the form consent language and Privacy Policy.
Telephone and AI-assisted calls
Calls may be placed or supported by an artificial-intelligence-assisted voice system that identifies itself as a virtual or AI assistant. The assistant may confirm information, ask initial questions, summarize the conversation, and arrange human follow-up. You may ask to speak with a person, end the call, or say that you do not want another call. Text messages
If you consent to texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Marketing-text consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or receiving an initial review.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the method provided in the message. Opting out of marketing does not prevent non-promotional responses to an active request where otherwise permitted.
7. Independent Professionals and Third-Party Services
We may provide contact information for independent attorneys, licensed real-estate professionals, title professionals, lenders, tax professionals, contractors, or other specialists when their services may be relevant. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of A+ Property Advisors unless expressly stated in writing.
